• We want to inform you that we have launched two simultaneous academic publishing platforms, in Spanish and English, whose objectives are described here (English & Spanish).

These platforms have been officially inaugurated on July 15, 2020, the day that they will begin to receive publications from interested authors. And they will begin to be published between (31, August - 31, December 2020).

• We also want to point out that the responsibility and sovereignty of the management of both platforms will reside in open groups such as in a future executive committee, in the case of the platform in English; and in the Virtual Technological Institute of Artificial Intelligence for Spanish (IA eñ), for Spanish. And you are invited (see note1) to participate in both.

• We also ask for your trust and support in the research and sponsorship programs, if after your analysis you consider that the objectives are justified.
